About this house rental
Welcome to The Camping Nest modern cottage, a cozy waterfront cottage in the quiet West Loren area. Perfect for a family reunion. This cottage offers bedding and stainless steel kitchen appliances. Enjoy this charming and peaceful cottage nestled on 53 acres of land. Take in the amazing lake-size private pond views from every window and a renowned fishing spot steps from the cottage. The sunrise, sunset, and night sky are incredible.

The Camping Nest’s waterfront cottage sits on flat grassy land with lake size private pond. It is a bungalow cottage with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen with an island and includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and BBQ. Enjoy many movies and 65 inch TV with an internet connection. A washer & dryer is also available inside the house.
There is plenty of outdoor space and privacy with a long pond view frontage. The property features a fire pit, gas BBQ, dock, Kayak, paddle boat, and a resting area(Kayak and paddle boats are not allowed in the winter season -Dec to April)
3 Bedrooms with a total of 7 guests can sleep and also a pullout sofa with 2 guest sleeping options. ( Sleeping space for a total of 9 guests)
You can have your own tent to set up the tent stay during your reservations. This will help you to add more guests to stay in the place to enjoy the vacation. Please be advised there is a small fee for each extra guest to stay.
A thoughtful touch to the bathroom includes an elegant jet shower for that luxurious spa experience.

We have added a new, 12x22 size swimming pool for the summer enterinmnets and kids activities.

Property has great opportunity.
Over all we had a great time with many laughs.
Wish the maitnence people had done their work a few days before our arrival. Disappointed the pool was still under wraps and the grass field was only partially cut due to a broken down lawn tractor. They were very friendly and kind. Fishing is terrific. Try to prepare before the arrival of your guests, not on the day of their arrival. Ovearll.... would try and come back again for next reunion. Thank you for having us
