The backyard provides a private retreat for soaking in the Jacuzzi, playing horseshoes + cornhole under the tall pines!

Will need a Car or Uber and Lyft are usually available
Other Things to Note:
Booker must have a Government Issued ID (must be 25 years of age). Must sign all of Big Bear Lake Rules & Good Neighbor Brochure.
- Do not exceed the occupancy limit
- 3 Vehicles MAX
- No amplified music outside at anytime
- Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
- Take all trash to dumpster locations
Fines:
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction:
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Please check the weather reports before arrival. If it is snowing or snowed recently tire cables may be REQUIRED! The CHP will make you turn-around and get cables if you do not have any. Best to have them in your vehicle before you leave. Reservations cannot be refunded to do weather. Please look into travel insurance if you are worried about your stay.

This was such a great place for our families to stay. Modern, beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed as far as cookware and supplies - which made our stay easy and gave us more time to focus on fun at the lake. It is beautiful inside and out, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again soon!

The place was super clean and very spacious. House was as advertised. Came with a group of friends and we all had a blast, game room was a huge bonus. Will be back!
