This luxurious, modern villa is perfect for families with children or a group of friends. The spacious accommodation has Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a lovely south-facing garden with pool, trampoline and play equipment. Castelnau d'Aude produces delicious wines and a walk through the vineyards is definitely recommended. 3 km away is the village of La Redorte where you will find a supermarket and a delicious bakery. Just a 10-minute drive away is Canal du Midi and the recreational lake Lac de Jouarres. The medieval village of Minerve and La Cité castle in Carcassonne are also well worth a visit, as are nearby villages such as Assignan, Collioure and Lagrasse. Furthermore, numerous hiking trails and cycling routes can be found in the region. The spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms offers plenty of privacy. It is fully fenced and therefore ideal for holidays with the dog. In the garden there is a lovely studio for 2 people which has air conditioning, its own kitchenette, bathroom and sofa bed. Around the heated swimming pool are lovely sun terraces with barbecue, sun loungers and a lounge set. Do you have an electric car? No problem, there is a private charging station available. Carcassonne airport is 39 km away.
