This beautifully renovated home features three spacious main floor bedrooms, each with ample closet storage, offering plenty of room for comfort and convenience. The main level kitchen is a highlight, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a stylish tile backsplash. The main floor also includes a full bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, along with elegant tile floors for a modern touch.
The bright and airy living room, with its large windows and cozy carpeting creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and gatherings. Just off the kitchen, a screened porch leads to a large concrete patio perfect for outdoor entertaining and enjoying the fresh air. The expansive, fenced yard provides plenty of space for activities and includes a small storage building, ideal for storing bikes or other outdoor items.
The lower level of the home is unfinished and very clean.
There is a large driveway that can accomodate up to 4 cars and there is street parking available if needed.
In addition to this beautiful home, we also own another property just over half a mile away. If you have a larger group, please inquire about renting both properties together. When both are available, we can accommodate up to 14 people, making it an ideal option for family gatherings, reunions, or group vacations. This is a really nice, very clean and comfortable home, in a quiet neighborhood that felt completely safe. Luke (homeowner) was quick to respond to all of my questions before and during, and even responded with a phone call when I had a question that required a quick answer. Plenty of comfy spaces both inside and out and a big enough home layout to allow some to go to bed while others stayed up to talk or watch the big-screen television. Just one bathroom, but plenty of hot water (even with 4 adults and 3 little ones), and lots of closet space. We used the Queen inflatable mattress, which was the "high rise" kind with a built-in pump and VERY comfortable. All of the appliances are new and very clean, and the basement includes washer/dryer, hanging rack, iron and ironing board. (We didn't use the washer/dryer, but the iron was important after travelling.) Plenty of dishware, utensils, and other "kitchen stuff". We were in Madison for a wedding and drove multiple places including restaurants downtown, Lake Mendota, and University of Wisconsin, all easy to get to within about 15-20 minutes at most. We would absolutely stay here again.
