This fully remodeled Homestead condo is now available for a relaxing stay on the shores of Lake Michigan. Located on the top floor, it boasts a breathtaking view of the lake. With vaulted ceilings and two-door walls facing the lake, you can enjoy stunning sunsets from your deck or at the outdoor firepit on the beach. The property provides an ideal setting for guests in search of a peaceful getaway.
The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink, a separate shower area, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed featuring a lower queen and an upper twin. There is ample space for everyone to relax.
This upper-level condo features a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, updated bathrooms, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Situated right on beautiful Sleeping Bear Bay, you can take advantage of the beach and other wonderful amenities in Glen Arbor. Spend your days at the beach, cycling, hiking, and gathering around a bonfire at night to toast marshmallows.
Before making your reservation, please consider the following:
- The unit is on the second floor and requires climbing 31 steps.
- An initial supply of paper towel and toilet paper is provided, but you'll need to replenish your own stock.
- Please be aware that pets are not allowed due to condo association rules.
- The indoor fireplace please make sure to open the flue damper before starting a fire and closing it when finished.

Beautiful, well equipped unit! We enjoyed our stay in comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. It was easy to access. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The host communicated well with us regarding rules and access to the property.

The condo was amazing, so clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was amazing and so close to the water. We come to Glen Arbor every summer and this is by far one of the best condos we have stayed in, we'd definitely return!!

This rental was immaculate and perfect for my family of 5 with room to spare. The views of the lake are stunning. Host was very responsive to any questions. We would love to stay here again and again.

This property is gorgeous. Everything you need for a great stay in a beautiful condo. The area is great too! We stayed onsite for a day, and travelled to Traverse City and Petoskey other days. I highly recommend this property! Would return in a heartbeat.
