Just listed for all year holiday rental, this brand new multi level property with water views from the upstairs living is ideal for couples as well as families. Open plan living, dining, kitchen upstairs as well as master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs two bedrooms. Living upstairs opens out to outdoor balcony. The very best climate control on offer here with split systems in main living and bedrooms. No sleepless nights whatever is happening outside. Bbq and outdoor setting for entertaining. Wifi available. No pets allowed. Sleeping up to 6 guests with:
Bedroom 1 = King Bed
Bedroom 2 = Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 = Queen Bed

Lock up garage and off street parking. Available all year round for holiday / leisure rental or off peak corporate short term lease. Price on application.
