Magnificent pleasant villa with 1 floor, very functional situated in Saly (80 km from Dakar), in 2 steps of the village, it will welcome you to discover or return to Senegal.
The villa is built like an African hut style, with private 300m2 garden of where abound flowers and exotic trees: it offers nevertheless all the western comfort and 2 patios allow to take advantage pleasantly from the outside.
The inside of the villa has a surface of 85m2 and consists of a lounge, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 ChB with 1 double bed; 1 ChB with 2 simple beds)and 2 bathrooms.
The roof covered with thatch protects the heats of the sun and gets a sweet coolness for the atmosphere of the villa: however, bedrooms are also air-conditioned or wind ventilated for the warmest months. The accommodation facilities are 6 persons and bed linen, towels are provided.
The service of a maid can be foreseen with your booking for a moderate supplementary participation: excellent cook, she will prepare the meals according to your desires or on the basis of her suggestions.
The immediate nearness of the businesses and the beaches (300 m approximately on foot) does not require the use of a car. However, if walking does not correspond with your envy for discovery, it is possible to rent the services of a carriage or a local taxi which are at arrangement in front of the residence.
The rent includes the consumption of electricity and water.
