Spa heats to same temperature as pool (max 90°F)
Heat pump system does not operate below 50°F outdoor temperature
No refunds due to weather-related temperature limitations

This place was fantastic! The house looks better in person than it does in photos. The photos just don’t do it justice. The pool, patio and huge sliding doors to the living room made it feel so inviting and relaxing. The themed rooms were a hit with the kids. The movie theatre was fun and the arcade is where the kids spent a lot of their time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking. It also happens to be very close to the clubhouse resort that we could walk there in less than two minutes. Only hiccup we encouraged is that we asked for a BBQ to be added to the rental and it wasn’t there. I messaged the host and they said that they missed that request somehow and unfortunately weren’t able to bring one out once we arrived. (Seemed strange as we were there for almost two weeks). Other than that small issue, it was lovely and would absolutely recommend to anyone.
