The extended kitchen and dining room area has an open-plan approach for guests to entertain and relax in. The property offers private parking for three cars, Wi-Fi and a large 50" TV with DVD player. The well-managed garden is spacious with seating areas and a swing chair for the summer months.
The nearby village of Appledore offers a local pub and convenience shops, while a short drive away is Ashford, from here you can take a high speed train to London, or head to the coast towards Rye after Camber Sands, Dymchurch or Hythe. The vineyard and winery of Gusbournes is just a short walk from the cottage, and makes a fantastic day out. Tenterden is also nearby and offers a range of restaurant, pubs, shops and the Chapel Down Vineyard. Take a trip on the Kent and Sussex steam railway, or should the weather turn inclement there is also an indoor leisure pool and gym in Tentereden. Brittons Hill Cottage is the perfect location to enjoy a rural holiday with friends and family. Beach 8 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.
