The Space:
Unit 108 – 1 Bedroom Condo (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom: Features a king-size bed and a flat-screen Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
Bathroom: Newly renovated with a two-person jacuzzi tub—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Traverse City or enjoying the beach.
Note: The tub requires a full hot water tank to fill and may not be suitable for single-person use.
Includes linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Living Room: Includes a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen bed (sleeps 2), plus a flat-screen Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a drip coffee maker and essential cooking tools.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience with laundry detergent provided.
Outdoor Space: Private deck with direct access to the beach and East Grand Traverse Bay.
Unit 109 – 1 Bedroom Condo (Sleeps 5)
Bedroom: King-size bed with a flat-screen Smart TV.
Bathroom: Fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.
Includes a stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) and a pullout twin chair (perfect for kids), accommodating up to 3 additional guests.
Also includes a Smart TV for streaming.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a drip coffee maker and all the essentials.
Outdoor Space: Private deck with direct access to the beach and East Grand Traverse Bay.
**Shared Amenities & Notes**
Beach Access: Enjoy a 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs.
Pool & Hot Tub: Access to a heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Extras Provided: Beach towels, earplugs, and sound machines (The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road, so these items are provided for comfort).
**Please note the tub is a 2 person tub, and will not fill for single person use since the hot water heater is too small to fill it completely.

Hiking trails galore, beachcombing and stargazing are all a part of the Upnorth experience, and all are close at hand.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1,000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is one parking space allowed per condo.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
