• It’s a whole other world up here. The loft is the perfect spot for a family or a couple to sneak away for some quiet time. Read a book. Take a nap. Watch TV. Play the piano. Or, get a little work done, if you must.

WALK-OUT REC ROOM
• With big windows overlooking the river, this walk-out, ground-level rec room space is as big as the great room above; a perfect escape for the kids or a family unit.
• There’s a huge 80” Samsung flatscreen TV. Bring your game console or login into your favourite streaming platform for movie night.
• There are two remote work stations with full-size desks and a large table for boardgames and puzzles.
• On this level is the fourth bedroom and a private ensuite bathroom; space for a couple or family to hide away from the group. Or, the perfect spot for the kids to escape adult talk.
MASTER BEDROOM
• The Madawaska River was an early fur trade route. So we’ve picked up the theme with Frances Anne Hopkins Voyageur prints and an HBC theme.
• The voyageurs didn’t get to sleep on a king-sized SleepNation Rhapsody Copper Infused Mattress with Memory Gel for body contouring support, but you do.
• The voyageurs also didn’t get two I AM A Slide Sleeper and two I AM A Stomach Sleeper king-sized pillows, all wrapped in Hudson’s Bay Infinity 600 Thread Count Cotton Sheets and Duvet Set.
• The master is large enough to have a comfy three-seat leather sofa. This is your own quiet sitting area to relax.

• The loft has a bedroom and private 3-piece bathroom and large sitting area. It’s like your own little apartment overlooking all the action below.
