Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house, great location to private beach! The house could use some updates. The description could be misleading by stating the tenant is in a side apartment, they are actually on the first floor. The house smells like mothballs, and you can smell anytime they cook something. If you are there for the beach, it is a 10/10.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great! Large home that can bed down a lot of people. Cold A/C, especially on third floor where master and kitchen is, not so much on the second floor where the majority of bedrooms are. The renter/owner lives on the first floor. Very nice elderly man. There are a lot of stairs, we were prepared for that to be a challenge for our disabled daughter. We found there’s an elevator not for renter use; would’ve been a perfect help to her, esp to be able to use the pool. We didn’t use pool at all; you cannot access from back of house except from the elevator or the owner’s first floor. Must walk around from front. Light switches need to be labeled; there are so many and difficult to distinguish. The hot water to kitchen and half bath was oddly variable; maybe one of the switches controls it? Beds are springy; all need to be replaced with better quality. Overall, we had a good time but were ready to get back to our own beds.
