This renovated, air-conditioned studio is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It includes a living area with:
a separate sleeping nook with an 80 x 180 cm bed (for one person only, max 80 kg);
a bathroom with a shower;
a fully equipped kitchen;
a lounge area with a sofa bed;
a loggia with a dining table and chairs.
You’ll especially appreciate its practicality and brightness.
For your comfort, you will have access to: Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, air fryer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 beach umbrellas, and 2 adult bikes available in the bike storage room (Building B).
Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee.

in a quiet residence with a private parking space, a shared swimming pool (open from May 15 to September 30, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm), and a pétanque court;
just a short walk from the Prats area, between Ollioules-Sanary train station, the town center, and Bonnegrâce Beach in Six-Fours-les-Plages (all within a 15-minute walk);
close to shops (8 minutes on foot from a Picard store and 15 minutes from “Netto” and “Intermarché” supermarkets);
near La Ciotat, Cassis, and the ferry terminal for Porquerolles (about 30 minutes away).
By car, you can quickly reach the motorway to visit Bandol, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Toulon, Hyères, Le Castellet, Le Beausset, and more.
