The location was great. The decor was great. The kitchen has just about everything you need.
The windows, window panes, blinds were very dirty as was the back porch, which was too dirty to bbq.
One of the bathrooms smells of mold as did some of the pillows in the upstairs bedroom.
I had to reset the wifi no less than 4 times. I think the modem gets too hot. Once I opened the cabinet it was in it did a little better.
A board fell off of a wall from a room conversion which let spiders come into the house. I did have maintenance come out and fix that. Maintenance was responsive.
I think with some attention to details, this would be a perfect get away, but in the present condition it was a disappointment to spend so much money.
