Enjoy everything Château-Garnier has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.
Situated in the centre of a small village, with a bar / restaurant across the road, a boulangerie which also offers your shopping essentials, and a hairdresser just around the corner.
As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a microwave and coffee machine.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, (French TV/ English movies) a games console for the children and free internet access.
This modern, spacious house consists of three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep six people.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.
The upstairs balcony offers views across the village, Ideal for your breakfast on a warm summers morning, or a glass of wine to relax you in the evening.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet and sink. The second bathroom on the first floor has a walk-in shower with 'his & hers' sinks.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
There is a small garden with tables and chairs if you choose to dine alfresco in the warmer evenings.
A great place to stay for house hunting, exploring the lovely countryside or for professionals on business. Which ever it may be, we are sure you will have a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Château Garnier is a popular area for cyclists / walkers and offers fishing lakes within 2km.
The nearest larger towns (Civray & Gencay) offer supermakets and shops etc, both around 15km.

The nearest airports are Poitiers 46km.
