The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located, charming cape overlooking Casco Bay and Portland skyline. Bluestone patios, a swimming pool, and a large private yard makes this a cozy place to stay while explorIng Peaks Island, the beaches, shoreline and conservation lands. Weekly bookings only. Kitchen/dining room with breakfast nook and a dining table with seating for ten.
Two living rooms; front living room has ocean views, larger family room with tv.
Bedroom 1 downstairs: small bedroom on the main floor with adjacent full bath.
Porch: A peaceful front porch to enjoy the view.
The house is wheelchair accessible with a metal ramp to the side door. The downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower designed for a wheelchair user .
Second Floor:
Bedrooms 2-5; Four bedrooms feature 3 queen beds and one king and a full bathroom with tub and shower.
There's plenty of space to spread out and to work from "home" with an electric adjustable height desk with casters to move.
Amenities: wifi, cable TV, microwave, full-size kitchen with all cooking and baking utensils you would need including a lobster pot, weber gas grill, washer/dryer, parking for 2 cars.
