All units are privately owned. Owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illness, or lost items unclaimed 24 hrs after checkout. Guests accept all risks by booking.
Storm Policy:
Refunds only apply if local/state authorities issue a mandatory evacuation due to a storm or hurricane. Refunds will cover: unused nights, shortened stays, or canceled arrivals during the evacuation period.

Great condo in a great location. Only issues we had was kids running around upstairs every night at midnight out later. Plus the game room or movie theatre upfront was not available
