Warm and spacious cottage in L’Anse-Saint-Jean, one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec (CITQ 249185)
Located at the foot of Mont Édouard (TRUE SKI IN/SKI OUT), you will be at the lift in 2 minutes. A few meters from hiking, mountain biking, Spa Édouard Les Bains and their magnificent swimming pool.
Come and discover the Saguenay Fjord by kayak, hiking, cruising to Tadoussac or why not come and fish for salmon? And all this with a warm welcome!
Fully renovated cozy chalet located at the foot of Mont Edouard in a quiet alpine neighborhood
The cottage has 5 gated bedrooms with a queen bed in each, as well as 3 bathrooms.
The ground floor is open plan and the rooms are large and bright.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also kitchen essentials, a filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine as well as fondue and raclette stoves.
In the living room with views of the mountains, you can rest and enjoy the fireplace on the fresher evenings.
There is a recent 42 inch QLED wifi TV with access to TV apps. The wifi is reliable and very fast. You will find in one of the rooms a work desk so excellent for remote work.
A large family room in the basement allows a pleasant late evening, with pool table and a 2nd living room with TV.
The laundry room ( washer and dryer) is available for your stay.
The large mudroom-style cloakroom located at the entrance to the cottage will be an asset to store clothes and outdoor items.
Enjoy the bistro table on the front terrace for an aperitif or the sunny picnic area on the garden side, near the barbecue, with mountain views.
A landscaped space with outdoor fireplace is also accessible as well as a children's play module and sand square 100 m from the chalet (shared spaces).
