About this house rental
The "Panoramablick" vacation home is located above Nettersheim. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the town center. It’s ideal for people who want to relax close to nature. Many hiking trails into the countryside begin just a short distance away.
The vacation home is also suitable for families with up to two children.
Accommodation
The vacation home was completely renovated in 2012. The most recent renovations took place in 2022.
The house is approximately 100 square meters and is fully furnished for 2–4 people (possibly including a toddler).
A special feature is the tiled stove. Please feel free to contact us if you’d like to have the stove lit.
Guest access
Guests may use all rooms in the house (except the basement and storage rooms).
The lower terrace and balcony (with furniture) are also freely available to guests.
Cars can be parked in the parking space next to the garage.
Additional Important Information
Please note that the upper hallway/loft is only suitable for children to a limited extent, as the stairs do not have a secure child safety gate.
