Spacious new house in wonderful Salemtown, just 1.5 miles from the center of downtown Nashville. 3,700 sq. feet with spacious open kitchen / dining / living area, bonus entertainment room with wet bar on the 2nd floor, 4 private bedrooms, huge bonus room on top level (with 4 king beds for extra sleeping area), front and back patios with a large fenced in back yard for your enjoyment.

House was perfect for our holiday gathering. We had 9 family members and never felt crowded. Kitchen was large enough for thanksgiving and well stocked. Love the small sitting room and coffee station upstairs. Bathrooms were lovely and plenty big enough for all of us.

The house was great!! Plenty of space for our large group to hang out and the house had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect with a short Uber ride anywhere. Ryan was great in providing all the information we needed. House was a awesome place to stay while we were in town.

The house was amazing!!! No bunk beds, which was so important for us. Enough spaces for everyone to hangout together. The house was clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay again
