Lovely and clean,with chic furnishings,you will be VERY happy here!
As a PRIVATE guest you can use the hotel facilities,including charge to apt.
Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at a lower price AT the beach.
You will get beach and pool towels ,and pool lounges included.

If you are coming to Puerto Rico for luxury, then this building and this unit are not the perfect fit. And this is all the more so if you prefer a swimming pool to the beach.BUT, if you want a great location, a great host, easy access to the beach, downtown, great restaurants, the airport, shopping, and even a very inexpensive rental car agency less than a block away, and all at a very fair and reasonable price, then this unit in this building is a great choice.I gave the property (meaning the unit) all five stars because Gia's description is honest and straightforward in cautioning that (much to her and most owners' frustration) the pool remains closed for the foreseeable future. Again, though, if you are like my wife and I in loving the beach --- and in enjoying the sun rise over the rainforest in the background and the airport's runways in the foregoing --- then give this play a try, and spend the money you save in the casinos.

Gia’s apartment was a wonderful home base to explore San Juan and extremely convenient if you want to just have a lazy day on the beautiful Isla Verde beach. There is also a great view of the ocean from the balcony to enjoy at the end of a long day. Gia was easy to communicate with and shared a great list of suggestions for activities and food all over San Juan. Would strongly recommend this apartment!
