Open living room and kitchen floor plan with wood shiplap walls. First floor consist of the living, kitchen, dining, utility room, half bath and master bedroom/bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Master bathroom has a large tile shower and custom furniture style vanity. Upstairs has a small loft area , two bedrooms and one bathroom. first bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has four twin beds . Upstairs bathroom has a tub with tile walls and a furniture style vanity. Downtown Bay St Louis restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance .4 miles away.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and we loved having plenty of space for everyone to unwind after a day in the sun. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We made so many wonderful memories here and would definitely stay again!

This was my second stay at the Mermaid house, and this experience was just a good as the first! I’m already planning my 3rd trip to stay here. Everything is so cute, clean, and convenient. My little family & friends loved it just as much as I did. Perfect location- right across the street from the beach with a great view and only about a half mile from the restaurants & “night life.” We will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay!
