Prime Location: • Proximity to Major Attractions: • Just a 19-minute drive to the heart of New York City, offering easy access to world-class entertainment. • 8 minutes from MetLife Stadium, home to exciting sports events and concerts. • 8 minutes from American Dream Mall, featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, which includes: • Three cozy bedrooms for a comfortable stay. • One modern bathroom with essential amenities. • A spacious living room to relax and unwind. • A dining room perfect for enjoying meals together. • A dedicated workspace for those who need to work remotely. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to the entire driveway, which can accommodate 3-4 cars for convenient parking. For outdoor enjoyment, we are in the process of constructing a backyard space that will be ready before summer. Once completed, it will feature a fire pit and BBQ grill, creating the perfect spot for relaxation and gatherings. Guests will enter through the back door, located at the end of the driveway for easy access to the home. Stayed after a concert. Very cute neighborhood with a coffee shop and bagel shop within walking distance. The house was very cute and decorated. Parking was great.

Place was very clean. There is no air conditioner in the one bedroom. I suggest for 100, you buy and put one in that room, especially since there has been 90 degree plus days recently. There is a big gap under the kitchen door, easy access for rodents, yet we did not find any indication there were any. Lastly, if you are driving and plan on parking in the driveway, I do no advice bringing any size p/u truck. Very narrow driveway and with parking on both sides of the street, pulling in and out are difficult with any size vehicle. If there is washer/dryer on site, we were not made aware or needed. Probided toiletries which was a plus. Did not see any iron on site either. Again, place was very very clean, which we appreciated! Thank you!
