Each 2-bed unit (1000ft²) features remodeled interiors with ceramic tiles, wood plank floors, modern white kitchens, and tiled bathrooms. Shared amenities include BBQ, turf grass, and coin laundry.
Non - refundable pet fee is $150.

Other Things to Note:
LAUNDRY: We offer a community washer and dryer; no detergent provided. Please bring your preferred laundry detergent, or you can buy from the nearest stores. Thank you.
NOTE: CBP temporarily suspends operations at Lukeville border. Travelers from Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, face a detour through Nogales or San Luis, causing an estimated 2-4 hour delay. Please plan accordingly and safe travels!

Excellent location, clean as well. Nothing major but we booked for 4 people, only had 3 coffee mugs, 2 forks, 3 towels and the toaster didn’t work we had to hold it down. Would stay there again. Easy check in and out, good communication when needed.
