This was our 3rd year staying in this unit. Clean with beautiful views. Has everything you need.
Host Abbie is wonderful! Upon arriving on a Saturday, early evening, we noticed the refrigerator wasn’t as warm as expected. I texted Abbie, she advised she would reach out to a technician and get back to me. She promptly replied that the technician would be out on Sunday morning. The technician showed up 1st thing Sunday morning and quickly fixed the issue :)

Loved our stay at this condo. Everything was provided and more. It was very clean, decorated nicely and had comfortable furniture for relaxing. Great ocean views. I would highly recommend it for families too. On the non driving part of the beach and close to Disney.

We really enjoyed our 2 week vacation at Sunrise . We have been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 30years and Sunrise and Abbie’s Condo are by far the best !!
The condo is beautifully decorated with all the necessary essentials and the ocean view is spectacular. We had to reach out to Abbie during our stay and she immediately responded to us. She is an awesome host! We hope to return next year again.

Great stay! Perfect location! Condo was cozy and welcoming. My husband said he’d go back each year. Being picky dusting could be a bit more detailed. Overall it was perfect for our family.
