Every room in the house overlooks the central garden, where nature lovers will be delighted to find beautiful and abundant wild orchids.
– A fully equipped open kitchen integrated into the living and dining areas, featuring luxurious and comfortable furnishings, modern and contemporary art, air conditioning, and more.
– Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the first floor, facing each other. Each is beautifully decorated and features two king-size beds, nightstands, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and spacious bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers.
– Between these rooms is a large hammock, perfect for a nap in the shade.
– Room number 3 is located on the first floor and features a king-size bed, a TV, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom.
– The fourth room is also on the first floor and features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a bathroom, as well as a hanging hammock for rest and relaxation.
– Between the first-floor bedrooms is a jacuzzi that invites you to enjoy the view of the garden.
– Also on this first floor, you’ll find a large terrace with a palapa, two swings, a spacious table, sofas, a bar, a pool, and a guest bathroom. This is our favorite part of Casa Xelva! Here, you can sunbathe by the pool or gather with your loved ones in the shade of the palapa, mix cocktails at sunset at the bar, and admire the starry sky of the Riviera Maya.
