Only 3 miles from the Big Bear Village, 2 miles from Snow Summit! Located in the sought-after Alpine Woods neighborhood in Fox Farm.

There is room for the whole crew with 5 bedrooms, Outdoor Spa and Garage. Living room on main level, plus a second living room/family/game room on the upper level, both with fireplaces. Lower level has a nice workshop with plenty of storage, plus a whole-house natural gas generator. Spacious laundry room. Oversized 2-car garage. Centrally located near the ski slopes, golf course, lake, shopping, and everything else Big Bear has to offer. Stellar!
The backyard holds wonders of fun for spacious activities and relaxation in prime nature. Layered pathway leads you farther down the properties backyard surrounded in pine trees. Access is available through both sides of the property from the front.
This elegant home has a wonderful setting surrounded by pines offering a feeling of privacy. Terraced and landscaped property affords sweeping mountain vistas and views of both ski resorts. Enjoy the sunny southern exposure from the back deck and also protection from the elements in the enclosed porch/sun room.
The spa is locate in the back yard with covered a patio covered and sitting area with gorgeous views around the forest!!
