This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home's backyard is filled with spectacular amenities like an outdoor kitchen, TV, fire pit, and tropical vegetation. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, or fire up the grill for an al fresco meal at the bar. Within a short drive, get in on the action at Sara Mountain Park Loop Trail, watch the Jet Skis practice at Body Beach, or check out the popular London Bridge monument.

INDOOR LIVING: Tall vaulted ceilings, open-concept living space, vibrant decor, plenty of windows and skylights, dining table, ample seating, 4 flat-screen Smart TVs
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, blender, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster, crock pot, Keurig Duo, cooking basics, spices, breakfast bar w/ stools
GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens & towels, laundry machines, air conditioning, ceiling fans, essentials, pool heat fee (optional, paid pre-trip)

PARKING: Garage w/epoxy floors (3 vehicles), driveway (3 vehicles), RV & trailer parking available
SECURITY CAMERAS: All Cameras will be ON:

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking (outside is okay, but please use the ashtray provided)
- No pets allowed (if violated, a $500 fee will be imposed and could lead to eviction without a refund)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Signed rental agreement required
- $300 security deposit "hold" required
- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors and designated quiet hours
- If you'd like the pool to be heated, please reach out at least 48 hours prior to make payment arrangements
- Please note that propane usage will be monitored before and after each stay
- Please report any damages that occur to the property Owner
POOL & SPA ADDENDUM:
- It is your responsibility to learn about safety precautions and procedures concerning swimming in or being around the pool and spa. NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. You agree to have a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim in the pool or spa at all times. You are hereby notified that the pool and spa can be dangerous and you fully agree to use them at your own risk. You are further notified to be cautious when exiting or entering the pool or spa because the surrounding surfaces may become slippery and present slipping hazards. There are no rails to prevent a fall into the pool. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use of the pool and spa, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings. If traveling with young children, you agree to activate the alarms on the doors that lead outside to the pool and spa area.

The host, Michelle, was excellent to work with! Answered ALL our questions and in a very quick and timely way. We LOVED the house. It’s as good as the pictures show and very very comfortable. Very clean! We all really appreciated that! We found the beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking items needed! And we appreciated we had a stock of basic paper/soap items needed when we arrived. The backyard bar area with the grill was awesome. And the whole backyard had such a wonderful ambiance. The pool area was so fabulous and was our favorite spot to hang out. We were a group of six adults, and we literally had everything we needed! We liked being able to park our rental car in the garage. We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was a top notch spot! We highly recommend you book this house! You won’t be disappointed!

The property is amazing and everything we had hoped for. The host is very responsive and the attention to detail made for a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
