Family lake life for the weekend was amazing. Location and property set up were perfect for our family. Property was very dirty and furniture was not comfortable. Overall experience was enjoyable

The place is very accommodating. It has a small beach area with all the toys you need kayaks, paddle boards, sand toys. Cubes and more. A nice fire pit. What would be nice though would be screens so you could open all windows. Or even a window air for upstairs because it does get very hot.

We had a great time together despite some less than ideal weather. However this property was in generally poor physical condition and had only a very "eclectic" selection of equipment and tools. The quality of some of the mattresses was not good and the building itself was in need of lots of maintenance. We stayed here 5 years ago and it doesn't look like much basic and preventative care has been provided since. It is in a fine location and could be a great vacation site but. It needs lots of TLC.
