Nestled near the shore, this top-floor condo boasts a spacious balcony that overlooks the water and surrounding scenery. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout and dine alfresco at the picnic table, or sip cocktails while you take in the beautiful backdrop and refreshing breeze. More outdoor fun awaits below the building, where a shared fitness center, onsite beach, and dock are available for guest use.
Large windows invite more picturesque views inside the condo. Sit back in the living room with a vacation read or tune into favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. The couch boasts a queen sized pull out for the extra guests. Walk to one of the nearby restaurants or walk to the grocery and pick up ingredients for making recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Nibble on appetizers at the four-person kitchen bar, then gather for meals at the dining table for six. A breakfast nook that seats four also doubles as an ideal perch for board game nights.

- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking of any kind (including vaping) is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

What a lovely place to stay. The kitchen had everything that was needed. It was clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and was very quick to respond. The rules were clear and very reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

This property is amazing! Our family really enjoyed the location, the views, and easy access to the beach. It’s also close to stores, coffee shops and boat rentals. The owner of the condo responds quickly to communications. We definitely plan on coming back. Flathead lake is a beautiful place to be.

We got in around 2am and it was very difficult to find. There are two other similarly-named properties on either side and GPS takes you to an empty lot. Once we found it, we were impressed with the property. Got to watch the Aurora Borealis from the porch!!

Check in and check out was easy. The rental was clean and matched the description. I would recommend this property for small families.
