Located in the center of the town of Marina di Campo, a stone's throw from the beautiful sandy beach more than 1 km long. In this lively tourist resort you can find many shops, clubs and services such as bathing establishments, pharmacies, markets and shops. Ideal place for families or those who want a relaxing holiday without using the car. A short distance by car you can reach the wonderful beaches of Fetovaia and Cavoli.
New renovated apartment located on the third floor of a condominium without elevator, composed of living room with kitchenette with induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra third bed (suitable only for children), a bathroom with a shower box. Large sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs, two cots. Air conditioning available with extra charge.
Pets allowed, only small size, on request with supplement. Possibility of parking with extra charge (on request if available). The apartment is within the restricted traffic area which can be accessed only on the day of arrival and departure. Bed linen and towel not included

Our stay in Marina the campo and in the Apartment Elena was relaxing and wonderful. We enjoyed the spacious apartment with a comfortable kitchen and a huge terrace with a view on the sea as upon the hills right in the centre close to everything: beach, bar and restaurants as shopping opportunities. We had also the chance to rent a safe parking lot for our car not too far from the apartment. Thank you very much for any support before and during our stay. The apartment is really to be recommended for families with children older than six years old or everyone fit enough to use stairs onto third floor.
