This charming three-bedroom townhouse is perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea while being just a stone's throw from the resort’s world-class amenities.
On the first ground level, the spacious living area seamlessly flows onto a covered deck that invites relaxation. Take a refreshing dip in the private dipping pool, or lounge under the umbrellas while enjoying the gentle island breeze and year-round sunshine. The deck also features a dedicated dining space, ideal for al fresco meals with a view. The new kitchen on this level is fully equipped, ensuring that you have everything you need for your perfect holiday.
One of the villa's en-suite bedrooms is also located on ground level, with French doors that open onto the deck, allowing for easy access to outdoor living. On the upper level, you’ll find two more en-suite bedrooms, each boasting sweeping views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea, as well as private terraces that are perfect for watching the fabulous sunsets with a glass of wine in hand.
Each room is air-conditioned for comfort, but with the option to open the shutters and doors to the tropical breeze, you can choose between refreshing indoor coolness or the outdoor island charm. The property also includes two dedicated parking spaces, ideal for guests who wish to rent cars during their stay.
