About this villa rental
This large villa with a very clean and impressive design is located on a walled plot of approx. 1,600 m².
The living area of approx. 320 m² is spread over two levels with attractive and high-quality amenities. Up to 10 people will find spacious and bright premises that offer a very high level of living comfort in every respect.
The first floor has a spacious entrance with a raised ceiling, a guest toilet and a staircase to the first upper castle. From here there is access to the very spacious living/dining room with numerous windows on the same level as the garden and pool area. The furniture includes some design elements, such as the postmodern modular sofa set "Mah Jong" created by Hans Hopfer for Roche Bobois. A very large flat-screen TV with pre-installed Netflix and Apple TV is also available.
Two large dining tables – 1 x for 8 people and 1 x for 6 people – offer enough room if you sometimes want to have meals inside. The open kitchen is next door and has all the desirable features of a modern and very well-equipped kitchen.
On this level there is also a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a TV and access to the garden and pool area, a dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet.
The first floor, accessible by a beautiful stainless steel staircase, includes the following rooms:
– three bedrooms with double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), TV, dressing room and access to the balcony with panoramic sea view
– three beautiful en-suite bathrooms with double sink, shower and toilet
– very large master suite with double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), adjoining private terrace with panoramic sea views, spacious dressing room and
– en-suite bathroom with double sink, shower, bath, WC and bidet
The garden, beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants and out of sight, offers a large lawn and a central swimming pool of 12 x 6 m with a wide access staircase, fed by a salt water electrolysis system. The water therefore has a slight salt taste (about 1/11 compared to seawater) and is very skin-friendly. The high-quality garden furniture includes a lounge area, a large dining table for up to 10 people and a Weber gas BBQ. Numerous sun loungers and an outdoor shower are of course also available. Shade is provided by a beautiful solar sail that withstands the strong winds in the area.
From the living room and garden there is a small sea view, which is not worth mentioning. However, a panoramic sea view is offered from all rooms on the upper floor. As all the bedrooms are of comparable equipment and size and have their own top-equipped bathroom, this property is perfectly suitable for 10 adult people.
Access to the property is via an electric gate and it is possible to park 4 to 5 vehicles at the entrance of the villa.
