Welcome to our exclusive 100 m² beachfront condo, located within the Camino Real Zaashila Hotel in Huatulco. It sleeps up to 4 people and features:
One bedroom with a king-size bed-size bed and a terrace
2 full bathrooms
Two sofa beds with two extra beds
Fully equipped kitchen
Private pool with a terrace
Adults and children are welcome.
You’ll have access to all hotel facilities.
A cleaning fee of $ $25 is charged, and cleaning is provided every three or four days.
The Area
Huatulco is an ecotourism destination located in southwestern Mexico, on the Pacific coast of Oaxaca. It is surrounded by beautiful beaches and mountains that create one of Mexico’s most breathtaking natural landscapes.
The condo is located within the Camino Real Zaashila Hotel. The unit features marble floors and consists of:
A living room with two sofa beds
A spacious bedroom with a king-size bed-size bed and its own terrace
Two full bathrooms
A private pool with a terrace
A dining room and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, electric oven, microwave, drinking water filtration system, coffee maker, and electric kettle for heating water for tea, etc.
Our guests are treated as hotel guests, so they have full access to all amenities, such as:
The 400 m (1,300 feet) long
Four restaurants
Two bars
A new Starbucks coffee shop
Two swimming pools (the largest is 130 yards long)
Tennis court
A new fitness center
Spa with massage rooms
Free parking
Among other amenities…
NOTE:
The hotel is located on a hill, so there are stairs and walking paths throughout the property, but you can request a golf cart to pick you up and take you anywhere on the hotel grounds.
You’ll need to go up two floors to reach the condo. If you park at the hotel, you’ll also need to use the stairs, or—as mentioned—you can ask for a golf cart to take you near the condo, the front desk, or the amenities. This service makes getting around much more convenient. We suggest tipping the bellhops.

Our guests must climb two flights of stairs to reach the condo. If you park at the hotel, you’ll also have to use the stairs, or—as mentioned earlier—you can request a golf cart to take you near the condo. This makes it more convenient for you.
Cleaning fee: $30 USD ($600 Mexican pesos). It is performed every three to four days.
The private pool is cleaned on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. This service is included and is not optional due to necessary maintenance.
The hotel offers laundry service at an additional cost.
