The rooms are missing wardrobes. The windows in two rooms overlook a courtyard used as a drying room. The water heater broke and was repaired the next day. We stayed 7 people without water for an evening and a night. The emergency phone is useless. We had to cross town to pick up the keys at check in.Upon departure, we were able to leave our luggage between 11am and 5pm at the office.
