As you enter the main floor, to the right is the great room with its fabulous views. The spacious room has lots of contemporary charm with lots of seating for all and includes the kitchen and dining area with access to the front patio and the BBQ grill.
The master bedroom suite is off the living room. This room has a king bed, a full bath with separate shower and tub, and a walk-in closet. This room also has access to the front patio.
The second bedroom suite is on the main level and has two twin beds and a full bath attached that is also accessed from the entry hall. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a single sink.
The third bedroom suite is upstairs and has a queen bed, access to a small patio with table and chairs for two, and views of Cathedral Rock and a private full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The house was even better than advertised. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We felt that the location was excellent, convenient to the entire area. Just about 2 minutes from Sedonuts (highly recommended) a Starbucks, McDonald’s, and a Safeway grocery store. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We are retired, met our son and his family in Sedona. The house was conveniently located, sufficiently equipped. Garage parking for two cars was an added bonus. Excellent view from upstairs bedroom suite.

Loved the quiet location close to great uncrowded trails. Place is a little dated and bed upstairs and twin closer to the door were very soft and could probably use a replacement. Kitchen has most everything you need but would have been touch to cook more than easy meals. Place was clean and having the laundry and bathroom for each room worked really well for us.
