Silver Shells is Destin's number one resort and St. Maarten is the most desired building! This smoke-free condominium has a semi-private elevator that opens directly into the unit.
The unit has a beautiful Gulf Front view from the 10th floor.
It has just been fully redecorated with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and there is dining for 10 and sleeping for 10!
There are two gulf front bedrooms which offer the best views of the beach during the day and the stars at night. Both of these bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms.
The third bedroom sleeps 6 with 2 sets of built in bunks that include 4 beds- 3 full size and 1 queen.
This condo is perfect for two couples and room for the children. The two king rooms and den are equipped with smart TVs. There is a Sonos system for your listening pleasure when you are not enjoying the beach. The master bath is very large with a Jacuzzi and oversized shower.
The unit offers breathtaking views of the white sand beach and ocean. It is one of the closest units to the beach. You'll love having your morning coffee on the oversized balcony.
There is a state-of-the art fitness center and wonderful spa on the property. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is right there on the property and will even deliver. The food is great!
The beach has a tiki bar and grill so you can order drinks and have lunch without leaving your chairs.
You are walking distance to many great restaurants.
Minutes from great shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Close to plenty of Golf courses and just blocks from 'The Big Kahuna' waterpark.
There are daily activities for the kids. Two pools including a lagoon pool with waterfall and indoor/outdoor heated pool. There is also an extra large kiddie pool.
Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball courts are also available at no extra charge.

We absolutely loved our stay in Michelle's 3 bedroom condo! The floor plan is perfect for 2 families with children. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make cocktails, breakfast or a Thanksgiving dinner. The furniture is very nice and the balcony is like having a bonus living area. I will chose this unit over and over, it's a winner!

We’ve stayed at Silver Shells for years and always had a great experience until this trip…starting at check in we were not given the right code so had to wait 20 minutes for Tom to get ahold of his wife. When we walked into the unit I noticed it was decorated so cute and beachy but I felt like I was on the beach as the floor had sand all over it in kitchen, master bath and master bedroom closet. I also found a safety pin and trash on floor of closet so I don’t think it had been swept at all. Kitchen floor also had a grimey feel to it the whole trip. Handle on one of the bedrooms was broke and as was mentioned in another review outside doors don’t lock from the inside or have dead bolts. I texted again and never received a reply. The next day I contacted owner to ask for another key card and was told he didn’t have anyone to bring us one and he’d have it to us the next day and he’d get back with me. Had to reach out again to be told someone would leave one in our unit which I thought was odd they’d let someone in our unit when we weren’t there. Never once were we told they were sorry for any of these inconveniences. It was more like if they ignored us we’d go away…I rarely reach out to owners but we’ve never had issues like this. I hate to give a negative review but when you pay a premium price you expect a premium stay. As far as the property it’s a beautiful resort and we’ll be back, just won’t stay in this unit.
