Easy access to 51 freeway and central to everything in the valley. 15 min to airport, 5 min to hiking trails, and 13 min to downtown. Easy access to highway to drive north to Sedona. Great home base to explore the valley!

This is a great property with an awesome back yard. The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood that is very quiet, even with the freeway nearby. Rich was very easy to contact and responsive. Comfy beds and furniture. We also loved the decor.

We stayed at this property for a week…very clean, comfortable, with everything my granddaughters and I needed! The kitchen amenities were plenty, including all necessary utensils. Towels, plenty and clean. Only thing I could recommend would be a few more larger cups or glasses, but this is minor…the location is perfect for exploring in every direction of the greater Phoenix area. The girls did not want to leave. If we return to Phoenix for another visit, we definitely would like to return to Rich’s home.
