Located in Sirmione, inside recently repainted and rearranged residence with swimming pool and large green spaces, convenient to main services, renovated one-bedroom apartment for a group or family vacation up to 4 people!
The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests with the bright and spacious living room equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed for two, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven , microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffe machine, electric kettle and orange juicer. The living room leads to the private terrace equipped with a dining table with chairs.
The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes the apartment.
*Shared pool (10 x 20 meters long) is available from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming cap is required.
