During this season, Mexico City may experience higher-than-usual temperatures. While air conditioning is not common in the city, we’ve prioritized your comfort, and each room is equipped with a portable fan to ensure a pleasant and cool stay.
We want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so it’s essential to follow these rules:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you wish to check in between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM (midnight), an additional fee of $15 will be charged. From 12:00 AM onward, an additional fee of $30 will be charged.

It is strictly forbidden to allow anyone into the building who has not been registered prior to check-in or who exceeds the maximum occupancy limit.
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It is important not to grant access to anyone you do not know.
Additional fees will be charged if your towels or bedding are missing or in poor condition.
If you find any damage or malfunction, please let us know as soon as possible.
