About this house rental
Very comfortable cottage with a warm interior design. On the ground floor: you will enjoy a living area including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a lounge, opening directly onto the terrace and garden, and a separate toilet. A step leads to the entrance of the living room. Upstairs: Sleeping area with two bedrooms; the first with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a TV, the second with a 90x190cm bed and a 90x200cm bed and a TV, a bathroom, and a toilet. (Each bedroom also has a water point). Outside: a private, enclosed plot of 800m², a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs. A separate storage room with a washing machine and storage for bicycles. Baby kit available (travel cot, high chair, mini bathtub). Characterful gîte adjoining the owners' home and located near a farm. Come stay in southern Morbihan, at Locoal Mendon between land and sea. You will appreciate the diversity of the landscapes, wild beaches, marshes, oyster farms, typical ports ... For lovers of fishing on foot, the Listrec inlet is renowned. You will appreciate the walks and geographical sites combining sea and countryside (Carnac, Belle Ile en Mer ...). Water, an electricity package of 8 kw/h per day. In the event of overrun, a supplement will be invoiced on meter reading, on the basis of the price of the kw/h in force.
