The house was very accommodating for a large group with plenty of appliances (although one of the dishwashers was broken), beds and bathrooms. Good amount of parking as well. Very convenient access to the beach. The indoor furniture and appliances were a bit worn and dated but the beds were comfortable. The patio furniture either needs replaced or at least new cushions. The main issue we had was with the pools. One pool was dirty, green and losing water most of the week so we didn't get much use out of it. The pool guy came almost everyday to treat it but never was able to fix the problem with the pump so the hot tub was empty. The property management was very responsive and always replied right away.

We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. We had a few equipment glitches but property managers were quick to respond and resolve quickly. Great experience, great property, great management!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Me and my 7 siblings stayed for Thanksgiving weekend along with our Mother and our families. In total 50 people stayed comfortably. The kitchen and theater areas were very accommodating. We booked both sides of the house. One side was for my siblings and I and the other side was for our children which ranged in ages from 32 years old - 19 months. I would recommend to any big family gathering.
