Very nice and clean cabin. Only complaint was the bed on the main floor was not very comfortable. The pool started messing up the day before we left, I called the office(very late in the evening), and she reported it to maintenance. They were going to come out the next morning to fix it and we were leaving. Very quick to respond to my call though. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this unit to family or friends. All amenities are within a few minutes drive. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait until next year to come back.

We always stay with Elk Springs when we come to Gatlinburg. I took my wife for her birthday and we had a great time. I had problems with the grill the staff was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Over all it was a great experience. We would most defiantly stay here again. Thanks Elk Springs Resort

We spent a lovely week at Alpine Pool Lodge. It was clean and well maintained. The private pool was awesome and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening, especially after or 5 mile hike in the Smokies! Would recommend this place to anybody and everybody.

The cabin needs a little updating as far as the Kitchen supplies. The knives need replaced, only one wine glass and one margarita glass, and several of the drinking glasses are cracked (so drink Carefully). The pool was very small. You really couldn't swim because of the size.
