This exceptional 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation home rests on the premier south shore of Sugar Lake, situated within just a few miles of Grand Rapids. The home has 1 bedroom on the main level, 2 bedroom in the lower level, and a master bedroom in the upstairs. The master bedroom comes furnished with a nice king-sized bed while 2 bedrooms boast queen-sized beds and the other bedroom includes twin/twin bunk beds. both of which have access to bathrooms. The basement is furnished with a ping pong table for your enjoyment. From the moment you first arrive, you’re sure to fall in love with the home’s many unique features, such as gorgeous granite countertops throughout kitchen, 25-foot vaulted ceilings, and a center island in the fully equipped kitchen to make meal preparation a breeze. Look forward to spending leisurely afternoons unwinding on the deck, which serves as an extension of the dining room areas. This deck is a great place to simply hang out with your loved ones and watch the breathtaking sunsets off Sugar Lake! Great location, spacious, great view of lake, very accommodating, impressing kitchen, forgot to check and make sure of handicap accessibility. But everything worked out Great!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was great. However there are some quirky things about the property that people should be aware of. The kitchen and lakefront are the stars of this property. The basement is the downside. The floor in the basement is similar to a garage floor, not really finished and our young girls didn’t want to sleep down there because it was too cold. There were also many outlets throughout that didn’t work. Another issue is the lack of a kitchen table. There was a plastic half table and folding chairs that were not made for a dining room and not comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. We ended up sitting at the kitchen counter which was okay. Otherwise our stay was great and Kyle was really great and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay especially because we were preparing a Thanksgiving feast, and the kitchen is so wonderful for preparing meals. Well-stocked with all the essentials.
