About this villa rental
"Finca Alzina" is situated in the countryside, between Inca and Selva, and is the ideal accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 240 m² house has capacity for 8 people, as it consists of a lounge, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms. Additional services include Wi-Fi, fans, air conditioning in the kitchen and lounge, a cot and a high chair. From the balcony, as well as from the ground floor, there is an impressive view of the landscape and mountains. The spacious private outdoor area opens onto a garden with covered terraces where you can have breakfast and enjoy a dinner prepared on the barbecue with a glass of wine. Furthermore, the salt water pool measuring 13x3.5 with a minimum depth of 0.90 and a maximum depth of 1.75 invites you to swim before sunbathing on the loungers. The town of Inca is only 5 minutes' drive (2.1 km) from the property, and there you will find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafés, whilst the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is 25 minutes' drive away (25 km), close to Can Picafort. The lively capital of Mallorca, Palma, as well as the airport, are 35 minutes away.
The property is in a quiet area, with no noise so you can rest, and looking out of the windows you see an idyllic landscape. Being only 2 km from Inca, you have all the comforts and services you need. Just 25 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a day with family and friends. Also in Alcudia is the Sunday market and you can visit the well-known Roman old town. Close to the property, just 15 km away, is the "Serra de Tramuntana", where you can enjoy hiking routes through the mountains of the UNESCO World Heritage site.
Electricity is not included in the price and will be charged at 0.35€/kw based on consumption.
Heating is not included during the winter months (100€/week)

Gorgeous Finca with a lovely pool and outdoor area. Beds were comfy and towels provided for both pool and shower. Albert who meet us on arrival was lovely and showed us through the property. If you’re looking to be a bit more remote then this property is perfect. If you want to be close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants this wouldn’t be suitable, a car is needed.
Some improvements are needed on the lighting, a lot of switches don’t work and lamps have been added instead.

A beautiful villa situated in a quiet location. This is a very nice villa, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. The garden and pool areas are lovely. It was a great space for our family of 5 inc 3 teenagers. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The lanes to the villa are very narrow and winding, which is worth knowing ahead. You are 15 minutes drive from shops and restaurants, a car is essential. The kitchen needs some more cookware. Electricity is extra, which is unusual but it was not much for a week (we didn’t use the a/c). The villa is 30 mins from the closest beaches. Would recommend for a quiet holiday away from it all.

Great host, very nice and spacious Villa. Good Internet (video calls are not a Problem). We had some interruptions with the water, but was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend!
