About this cottage rental
Adventure meets total relaxation. After hiking Fundy National Park (only 25km to the gate), come home to a stargazing soak in the hot tub.
Nestled on a quiet, wooded hillside with a creek just across the road, our space is the perfect basecamp. Hit the local ATV trails, chase nearby waterfalls, or simply slow down with coffee on the deck.
Unplug, breathe in the fresh forest air, and recharge in comfort. We can't wait to host you!
Ideal for couples or families of up to four.
Nestled within trees on 3 sides, with a private hot tub, this 2-bedroom cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and seclusion (while still only being 15 minutes from Sussex).
You’ll find two double beds with memory foam toppers, plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfy living area with a wood stove and Smart TV (Netflix provided). The deck provides a glimpse of the peaceful creek across the road, perfect for your morning coffee or evening soak in the hot tub.
Amenities include:
• Private hot tub under the stars
• Spacious deck with BBQ (seasonal)
• Wi-Fi, wood stove, Smart TV
• Outdoor shower (Victoria Day–end of October)
• Full kitchen and stand-up shower
• U-shaped driveway (fits 2–3 vehicles)
Creekside Cabin is your peaceful, year-round base for exploring Fundy’s trails, waterfalls, and natural beauty.
Other items to note:
- Water pressure: Gravity-fed spring system = lower than city pressure
- Power outages: No generator; rare but possible during storms
- Winter: Incline driveway—may require parking at the bottom during icy periods
- Check-in/out: No early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedule
Connectivity:
Cell service may be spotty, but Wi-Fi calling works well. Please check with your provider on how to enable it before your stay. Internet interruptions are possible during storms.
Bugs in warmer months:
Mosquitoes and black flies are common. Bring insect repellent (and wash off before hot tub use). ThermaCells are effective.

We had a fantastic time. Comfy cabin feel, hot tub fantastic, and wood stove and provided wood kept us toasty and cozy. The sound of the creek running was really relaxing, and we took a nice stroll along side it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would go back, probably will.

The hottub was perfect, hot, clean, easy to maintain, and you can hear the creek rushing nearby while looking at the woods!
