This is a 4 bedroom house that include 1 suite( bedroom, tv, fridge and toilet), a full furnished kitchen, living room and a lot of parking spaces. The house also has AC to cool down the Texas heat and a fenced backyard space

To begin, the host did not send check in instructions until 1 hour prior to check in, which is much later than other reservations I have made with VRBO. When we arrived, every door in the house has a keypad lock, which meant we had to remember codes to every door or check codes multiple times when the doors closed.
There was no hot water and no working stove. It seems as though the gas was shut off to the house. We tried to use the stove to boil water for instant coffee, since the only coffee maker is a cold brew maker, and we wanted hot coffee. We were also unable to shower due to lack of hot water.
The fridge in the kitchen is very loud and makes a loud noise like a fan is crashing every so often. The floor is bubbling up in many places.
There is a decent sized yard, but no chairs for outside. The host also asks that no shoes be worn in the rooms.
I did message the host through the VRBO app about the lack of stove and hot water, but did not get a response until after our check out time.
The beds were comfortable, and the linens provided were nice. There are no extra blankets provided, so if you get cold while sitting in the living room, you are out of luck unless you bring your own.
We were only there for one night, so we managed without the water and stove, however, I will not book this property again.
