Villa Laguna offers a unique waterfront experience right on Laguna Marina in the heart of Kralendijk. This spacious 150 m² villa features a private pool, three air-conditioned bedrooms, and spectacular views over the lagoon. With restaurants and shops within walking distance and your own pool on the terrace, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds.

The Space:

Villa Laguna is a stylish and comfortable six-person home on the water of Laguna Marina. From the pool deck and the dock, you'll take in beautiful views over the lagoon, which connects directly to the Caribbean Sea. A 10-minute paddle on the SUP boards or in the kayaks brings you to one of Bonaire's most beautiful beaches, Te Amo Beach. The bedrooms are all furnished with 2 box-spring beds and air conditioning for a great night's sleep, and the bathrooms offer every comfort for a relaxed start or end to the day. The open kitchen flows right into the living area and is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. In the adjoining living room, which has its own air conditioning, you can unwind in front of the TV. A washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay.

Guest Access:

As a guest of Villa Laguna, you have access to the entire home, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the living room, the open kitchen, the veranda, and the adjoining garden with the pool, pool deck, and dock with kayaks and SUP boards. Free parking is available right out front in your own parking spot. To give our guests a warm welcome and walk you through the property and our beautiful island, we handle every arrival in person! The Sunwise hosts for the property will arrange the arrival details with you.

The Neighborhood:

Villa Laguna sits in a great, central location. One of the most beautiful beaches, Te Amo Beach, is just a 2-minute drive away — or a 10-minute paddle in the kayaks or on the SUP boards. Supermarkets are a 2-minute drive in the other direction. Within a 5-minute drive, you'll find several trendy resorts and restaurants like Windsock, Delfins Beach Resort, and Ocean Oasis, where you can spend the day relaxing or stop in for lunch or dinner. Sorobon at Lac Bay, a true windsurfing paradise, is a 10-minute drive away. Kitesurfers can head to the southwest side of Bonaire, also a 10-minute drive from Villa Laguna.

Getting Around:

Villa Laguna is best experienced with a rental car, since Bonaire has so much more to offer than just the immediate area around the villa. With your own car, you can travel at your own pace to secluded snorkeling spots, laid-back beaches, and local restaurants. A rental car is strongly recommended so you can really get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup or SUV is preferable. The roads there are unpaved and sometimes rough, which makes a regular car less suitable. There's no public transportation, and taxis are limited — especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port. The villa has a private, secured parking spot.

Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early or late check-in/check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not permitted in our properties. In the evenings, we kindly ask that you be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. A few practical notes: the small airport sits just across the street, but only a handful of planes land each day, so you'll barely notice it; there's no clothes dryer, but thanks to the sun and the trade winds, laundry on the line usually dries in no time; and the private parking spot fits 1 large car, pickup, or SUV (or two small cars), with room for 2 scooters alongside.
