Cozy Waterfront Cottage 4, All Guests have complimentary use of many kayaks, paddle boards and canoes to explore the Peconic Bay, including Free Beach Pass to 5 Local Town Beaches. Separate cottage one story with screened in porch surrounded by green grass and well manicured. Parking by the cottage. 365 feet of waterfront. Garden is towards the rear of the cottage near separate laundry room, outdoor shower and community propane barbecue. Each cottage has a personal charcoal barbecue.

Located on the Northfork of Long Island NY in Wine Country, Fine Dining, Unique Local Shops, Tanger Outlets and Every Day Town Life Shops. Vibrant small and old town feel with many local shops, farm stands to go to, 40 plus wineries to take tours, activities and especially taste the wine, all a few minutes away by car.

Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to returning soon.

Restful spot, impeccably maintained cottages overlook the water. The hosts are very welcoming.

Cottage was very clean the hosts John and Sandy were very accommodating. They suggested wineries and restaurants in the area, will definitely go there again

About a month before our stay we received a balance due. I had reserved the reservation 8 months prior to an event we were attending. I thought I had paid up front so I called the property manager. She told me they only rented property for a minimum 2 night stay and could not rent
