About this space
Located just steps from the Greenway Trail, 1 mile to Sanford Stadium and downtown. This updated condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Stadium Village is a gated complex with a pool, lounge area, gym and laundry facilities. This unit is on the third floor, allowing for vaulted ceilings and lots of light.
The space
Welcome to the Dawg House! Stadium Village is right in the heart of Athens. You can access the Oconee Greenway trail just steps from the unit to enjoy the beautiful river views. Walk to downtown or the stadium in under a mile.
You enter the freshly cleaned unit using the digital keypad lock. You will receive a personal code prior to check-in. The front door leads to the den. The comfy leather sofa is great for naps after exploring or maybe a big brunch at Mama's Boy just around the corner. You'll also find a desk and chair, another chair, a storage bench, and the ATH I love you bar in the den. The HD TVs located in the den and both bedrooms are ready for you to sign in to your favorite streaming service. Be sure to take some photos in front of the bar to remember your time in Athens!
The kitchen is fully equipped, but let's get to the important part - the coffee situation! There is a Kuerig and k cups along with a drip coffee maker and coffee. You will find filters, cream and sugar right by the coffee makers. If you prefer a smoothie to start your day, you'll find a Ninja blender in the cabinet with the pots and pans. There is a toaster and microwave for a quick breakfast. You'll find plenty of dishes and glassware along with all the utensils needed for a great meal. Trashbags, dish soap and a roll of paper towels will be provided.
The bedroom off the den is accessed through the pocket doors. You'll find a queen bed with a nightstand, a dresser, and a chair for a comfortable rest. Charge your phone on either side of the bed with the provided charging ports. There is a closet and a suitcase rack in this room, and an HD TV mounted on the wall. The sliding doors that lead to the balcony give great light, but have curtains to can block out the morning sun.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, comfy chair, and nightstands with charging on either side of the bed. There are 2 suitcase racks and wall-mounted brackets for hanging clothes. Drift off to sleep watching your favorite shows on the HD TV mounted on the wall.
The bathroom has everything you need, including a tub for the little dawg fans. You'll find a hair dryer, an iron, and toiletries in the linen closet in the hallway. There is also a full-length mirror in the hallway to check your look before heading out on the town.
The balcony overlooks the shady street side of the complex with a view of greenery below. Plug in the patio lights and enjoy a drink after a fun day.

We came to watch the Georgia vs. Texas A&M baseball game. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. We would definitely stay at this location again! Thanks for a great weekend!
